In steps of beautiful Sridevi, her daughters Jhanvi and Kushi opted for subtle shimmers, tailored to best fits. We are glad they looked lighter and airy, giving in easy for the dance moves. And we love the FAM Jam picture. So happy! Miss Sridevi!
Fashion Design tip: Jhanvi’s style statement is apt for a summer wedding. If you do not opt for straps and sleeveless, sheer tops with a bandeau inside will serve the trick.
- Karan Johar and Swara Bhaskar
It may have seemed like a winning moment. High on sizzling gold details and the nice sartorial black made a perfect match for the Sangeet-cum-Reception.
Fashion Design tip: While Black is considered not to go to colour for the wedding, recent trends show that more and more, youngsters, are opting black with sequins or high contrast colours for Wedding Parties and other ceremonies, quite apart from the wedding.
- Kangana Raunat
The glam queen totally rocked in a contemporary Organza Kanjivaram Saree! Styled with Amrapali jewellery.
Fashion Design Tip: If you love Knajivarams but find it difficult to manage, opt for contemporary combinations that are lite, easy to carry and still traditional!
- Alia Bhatt
The brightest in the room opted for some refreshing green! Perfect fit for summer. She looked beautiful and cutely Indian in her noticeable bindi and maang-tika.
Fashion Design Tip: Summers and Weddings need not be beige always. While opting for a bright and unconventional colour, let the colour do the talking. Keep the sequins low!
- Jacqueline Fernandez
The pop star of the party had chosen the right outfits, making enough room for some moves and grooves. Mostly Lehengas, paired and styled with hair buns and chokers, hers was a perfectly rounded style statement ranging from the brights to the whites!
Fashion Design tip: For Summer Weddings, if you want to experiment, multiple looks, opt for well made and matched simpler outfits instead of one very heavy or grand one! Apart from keeping your look fresh, you can escape some sultry moments too!
