Whatif is a Concept taken by Amrutha S Nair, Student of Diploma in Fashion Photography JD Institute Of Fashion Technology Cochin, for JD Design Awards 2023.The concept taken as is ‘what if? ‘ Which means, what if This happened instead of that? The tribute is to the traumatized Disney villains. We all know the witch who cursed sleeping beauty, where she had to be kissed by the true love of her life. But, we clearly understood that the witch had her reasons in the Maleficent movie, where she was betrayed and hurt by Stefan, who was the father of the cursed child by maleficent. So the concept was showcased through photography was about the emotion , what if maleficent or any villain Or any human would have been through such hurtful betrayal or trauma, what would she/he become.
