The Nutri Nexus is a tribute to Ramveer Singh at JD Design Awards 2023. The space is curated by Nikita Singh who has pursued her MSc in Interior Design from JD School of Design. The idea behind designing a restaurant with hydroponics as the main concept revolves around merging sustainable agriculture with culinary excellence. Integrating hydroponic systems into the restaurant’s design creates an immersive dining experience that showcases the beauty of nature and the farm-to-table ethos. The idea is to cultivate fresh, pesticide-free produce on-site, providing chefs with a constant supply of high-quality ingredients. This innovative approach enhances sustainability, reduces the restaurant’s carbon footprint, and offers guests a unique and vibrant atmosphere while enjoying delicious, flavorful dishes
