Sony Workshop – Resolution, Sensitivity and Speed in Photography

Industry experts and professionals play a crucial role in career advancement studies for JEDIIIANS, at JD Institute of Fashion Technology. JD Institute’s approach to training always go beyond the classroom and give the aspirants live knowledge by having workshops and activities with major brands in the Industry. Recently, SONY conducted a detailed workshop for the Photography students. Topics such as sensors, types of sensor size and advantages of big sensors were discussed. Sony, as a brand is known for their innovation and they have achieved this in the core values of a camera. The workshop also shed light on how Sony is involved in complete Research & Development in areas such as ‘Resolution, Sensitivity and Speed’. Sony has also introduced mirror-less cameras which have various advantages for the user like, any company lens can be attached to the camera and it is faster than other DSLR’s. The session was knowledgeable and students were even allowed to experiment with the different Sony cameras that were brought in for the workshop.
