JD Design Awards 2022 with its theme Sync with nature has been one of a kind event that jolted the designer minds to present with unique creatives and understand the value of nature. With the theme Sync, designers were able to explore the responsible means to curate their designs without leaving an ill-impact on the planet.

One such collection presented at the JD Design Awards 2022 was Numinous that highlighted the emotional journey of motherhood. The designers Surabhi B S and Latha V Mehta portrayed the pre and post emotional journey of a woman undergoing in-vitro fertilisation and intrauterine insemination. The unique collection had a total of ten ensembles that went in a sequence highlighting one step at a time.  The designers showcased various emotions that a woman goes through by using distinguished colours and silhouettes.

Every designer at JD Design Awards 2022 presented a story by the means of design. The designers to get the fruitful result went through a rigorous process. They started their journey by proposing their concepts and upon approval from the bench of judges, they moved on to another stage where they sourced the fabrics and started working on their designs. Moreover, the designers during the process also learnt about different materials that can give their designs a different perspective.
