Nirvan School was presented at JD Design Awards that paid tribute to Kailash Satyarthi. The space is curated by Vipin S who has pursued his MSc in Interior Design from JD School of Design. Designing the interior of a government school in Bangalore requires addressing various challenges: limited budget, space optimization, diverse user requirements, regulatory compliance, maintenance, stakeholder engagement, tight timelines, technology integration, cultural sensitivity, and sustainability. The project encompasses space planning, color scheme, lighting, furniture, technology, safety, and sustainability. It involves optimizing layouts, selecting a positive color scheme, ensuring appropriate lighting and acoustics, incorporating ergonomic furniture and advanced equipment, implementing safety measures, and embracing sustainability through eco-friendly materials and energy efficiency.
