I am Pooja Suresh and I am greatfull tor being on the JD Imagination Journey that gave me an opportunity to understand the global styling aesthetics. The street style photography task was a joyous one that brought me face to face with unique fashion senses of different individuals. I captured a very cool couple in their athleisure outfits that stood out with their hair colour, hairstyles, choice of jewellery and tattoos. My inspiration for the illustration work was a black formal jacket and skirt which had a thick vertical stripe with different vibrant prints Incorporating the print of this style of v&A Museum into a modern dress, I curated my design and added more personal touch to it. on it.
I was elated for the fashion styling shoot which was about playing with the classic attires and giving them a breath of modernity. With the theme ‘No Plastic, I went for a minimalistic look that comprised white bodysuit with silver pants and white boots. A sleek hairdo was done with a bold red lip. To convey my message in an impactful way l added a clean wrap into the look.
The flat lay styling represented the beauty of the tall season. I wanted to capture a reader’s time from the park, hence I presented a blue floral bag styled with rusty disposable coffee cup, a book and a pair of reading glasses. orange maple leaves, a
