Kurumbas are primitive tribe residents of Nilgiri Hills. Known for their graceful yet edgy Kurumba paintings, flat rectangular human forms mark the art genre. Artist Krishnan Kitan is the inspiration behind this Spring Summer Women’s Wear collection titled “KURUMBA”. Pink, Grey and Off White are the colours used for the range while a carefully chosen fabric story of satin and summer cotton completes the collection. The collection is presented by Ambika, Mythili and Rubikaa from June diploma 2015 batch.
