Titled ‘My Hamlet’, the collection takes inspiration from the appliqué work of an artist named Kanha Sarao from Orissa.The appliqué patch work on the garments depicts the story of the artist’s village. Nature, surroundings and people of the hamlet form the core narrative of the collection. While cotton captures the simplicity, colours such as blue, pink, red, yellow, green and off white portrays the vibrant landscape of an ideal village life. A-line skirts and crop tops are the key pieces of this Spring Summer collection. The contemporary collection is presented by Trupti, Shalini, Saida and Sonal from July 2016 batch o Jayanagar.
