Interior Design Talk | Fenesta and Pergo at JD Institute Bangalore

At JD we strive to provide our students with the best possible overall exposure. As they say, a sense of touch and sight is any day more helpful than bookish knowledge. JD Institute of Fashion Technology in collaboration with Studio 772, a design studio based in Koramangala organized an interactive learning session for the interior design course students on their key brands FENESTA and PERGO.

The students from the interior design programme were given a deeper insight into the UPVC doors, windows and their different types of floorings. It is said that an interior designer should be well versed with existing products and brands thus the aim of having such talk sessions is to increase brand awareness among the students.

FENESTA is a specialized dealer in the manufacturing, designing and installing of UPVC doors and windows. They are trusted by more than 50+ Hotels and Hospitals across India. Their key feature is their VETTO GLASS or as they like to call it the unbreakable glass left our students in awe with their young minds figuring out ways to get to use these products.

On the other hand, the team from PERGO, known for their cutting-edge products, technology, and a global manufacturer, installer of practical and long-lasting flooring helped the students understand the various aspects of flooring and as to how it plays a key role in the lives of interior design students.

This interactive session gave our students a broader perspective and got their imaginative juices flowing, which is what we aim at. As one of the premier institute of interior design, our goal here at JD is to provide our jediiians with the most hands-on experience and prepare them to step into the industry.
