Induction Workshop – Robert Maier & Mallikarjun Nagesh

An induction program for the fresh batch of Diploma students of JD Institute of Fashion Technology was conducted by two facilitators from the industry, Mr. Robert Maier and Mr. Mallikarjun Nagesh. For the orientation of aspiring Interior designers, this creative workshop was organized in order to help the students understand the essence of teamwork, gear them up for future learning and to understand the scope and opportunity of interior design today and in the future. Variety of creative and critical-thinking activities were involved to demonstrate the concept of empirical learning and provide students with the opportunity to express themselves and explore their ideas. On a creative and unconventional note, the students were exposed towards different approaches and solutions for similar problems. Based on the group activities performed by the students, the facilitators provided them with inputs and feedback. The students were extremely happy to receive the informative session.
