Gyan Utsav by JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Hyderabad gives a wonderful example of values beautifully reflected by kindness with NGO Sannihitha. This initiative was done in an extremely heart-touching manner when our students were given an opportunity to enjoy being associated with the children of Sannihitha, and a whole day was used to spread fun, creativity, and beautiful memories.

It became a very energetic welcoming process as the students taught the children the games and fun activities. It was warm and full of joy, with people of all ages coming together for an energetic atmosphere and laughter. This game helped our students connect with the children, and it was beautiful to see each child’s smile brighten up the room.

The highlight was the clay workshop they conducted, teaching children how to make diyas and some other creative things. It was great fun seeing the pride on the faces of children when they shaped their clay into meaningful creations, and while our students were engrossing, encouraging each other in techniques and celebrating the unique work of art every child puts into it. It brings out the creativity in every child and boosts his/her confidence, adding a little spice to the day with just that creative touch.

It culminated with a cake-cutting ceremony. The time has come to celebrate the bondage of friendships and coming together for a common cause. As all of them gathered in one place, laughter filled the air along with cheers as it was visibly evident that the series of activities was a mass experience. The time brought conversations, smiles, and hugs in abundance which showed that Small acts of kindness can inspire greater compassion and positive change. 

This Gyan Utsav celebration will be remembered by our students and by the children of Sannihitha NGO as a testament to the power of compassion and creativity. We’re incredibly proud of our students for their generosity and dedication, which have made a significant difference in the lives of these children. This event reaffirmed our belief that true education lies not just in learning but also in giving back and making a positive impact on others.
