Garment Technology Expo was a 3 day event being held from 26th August to 28th August 2016 at the Dr Prabhakar Kore Convention Center in Bangalore, India. The event showcased products like Circular, Flat, Socks and Collar Machines, dyeing & laundry like soft flow, relax dryers, tumblers, laundry and dry cleaning machines, dyes & chemicals, Single and Multi-head Quilting Machines, Mattress Making Machines etc. in the Apparel & Clothing industry.

The event provided a platform for students to understand the industry better with the advancement in technologies. They will have an idea about what they will do in the future when they wish to join in their favorite industries. The event helped the students in gaining the knowledge and skills to develop the tasks that are undertaken by the industry. So GTE really helped in improving students’ technical and industrial knowledge.
