Diabetes Camp organized by Janacare at JD Institute of Fashion Technology. A team of Doctors, Nutritionists, and Certified Diabetes Educators visited the Brigade road campus to check and screen students and faculties to create awareness about risk factors associated with Diabetes. A presentation was conducted by Varsha Koppikar, Head of Nutrition Services and Research Associate and aim of the presentation and camp was to make people understand the future risk of developing Diabetes and the precautionary steps that can be adopted by making lifestyle changes. Janacare is a health-based company that works to reverse diabesity, the twin epidemic of diabetes and obesity.They are research partners for Dr. (https://uniforumtz.com) Mohan’s Diabetes Centre, Chennai, and AIIMS, Delhi.
