In today’s time, most of the people are office going and workspace has become an integral part of our lives. The world witnessed a break from it during the COVID pandemic, however as we are moving towards normalcy, offices are opening up. At JD Design Awards 2022, aspiring designers showcased various office plans that go on the line of ‘Sync with nature’ and provide a solution to the ecosystem.

Designer Dinesh M came up with an Open plan office that makes the workspace more engaging. In recent years, we have seen a growth in the number of new startup companies in the country. Project Conjure by the aspiring interior designer is also a startup company. It is a web designing and developing company. “An office of web designing and development needs easy communication for collaborative and creative working. To achieve that I have designed an Open plan office. As the name suggests, an open-plan office is a type of office layout where all employees work on the same floor and in the same open space. Open-plan spaces have essentially made office cubicles redundant in favor of a more collaborative and creatively engaging workspace environment. Co-working spaces commonly adopt open-plan office layouts for increased productivity, flexibility, and networking opportunities”, said the designer Dinesh M.

The design curated by the aspiring interior designer promotes sustainability along with a setup that helps in overall development of the employees and the company. Conjure for its brilliant design also received Best Sustainable Design Solution Award from JD Design Awards 2022.
