Celestial Chic – A Tribute to the Beauty of Moon
Celestial Chic was designed by Shilpi Kumari, Shreeya Tibrewal and Bidisha Polley, students of MSc. in Fashion Design and Management at JD School of Design, Bengaluru for JD Design Awards 2023. Inspired by the Moon Phases, each design from the collection was a complete art piece in itself and were inevitably beautiful. The moon is considered a strong symbol of femininity, elegance and celestial energy which correlates to the dark and bright phases in a woman’s life and how she emerges out bold in every situation which was depicted in the collection.
