Amelioration is a sharply tailored yet playful, eco-chic masculine collection designed for the modern day woman. Inspired by Dandyism, the collection comprises of sleek suits with subtle quirky detailing. Eco-friendly recycled PET, silk and cotton blend fabrics have been used to create suits that although masculine, flatters the female body. The collection aims to empower local communities by incorporating the Khana weaves and the Kasuti embroidery. The Kasuti embroidery has been used to detail Pac-man motifs to the garments to give it a quirky look. Bright colour patches have been used on the predominantly beige suits to break monotony. The collection is presented by Shraddha Prasad, Divya PR & Shwetha K from the Weekend Diploma Batch.
