Recently, Sanchia had the opportunity to showcase her project ‘Yantras’ at JD Design Awards 2023 . Her mesmerising visual merchandising display for a jewellery shop, infused with the captivating essence of mandala art, enthralled both the industry experts and design enthusiasts.

Sanchia’s vision for the jewellery shop embraced the elegance of mandala art, weaving a symphony of colours, patterns, and spirituality into the space. With meticulous attention to detail, she transformed the store into a sanctuary of ethereal beauty. The harmonious marriage of intricate mandala motifs and luxurious jewellery exuded an aura of timeless allure.

Sanchia’s visual merchandising display aimed to create an immersive experience for customers, engaging all their senses. She incorporated mandala patterns in various elements of the store, like in the display cases of jewellery. The intricate motifs, with their rich symbolism and symmetry, added depth and meaning to the space.

Sanchia’s mandala-inspired visual merchandising display garnered immense praise and admiration at JDDA 2023- Goa edition. Her exceptional talent in transforming spaces to evoke emotions and create captivating experiences was recognized by industry professionals.

Yantras designed by Sanchia D’souza also received the Special Jury Award by the JD Design Awards 2023 which recognises the talent of young designers and helps them grow in the industry.
